My path has been shaped by service and discipline. I'm a proud graduate of the US Naval Academy, and Marine Corps veteran with two combat tours in Iraq. After military service I earned an MBA from Texas A&M and built a career with some of the most respected companies in the world before dedicating myself full-time to land acquisitions.
What sets me apart isn't just the deals — it's the why behind them. I have a service mindset that was on display when serving my country, and also nurtured while building and growing customer service teams in corporate America.
I believe in working directly with sellers to lower the transaction costs associated with real estate transactions and improving the transparency in the transaction.
I do resell the properties in the future - usually with some improvements or marketable title that was previously clouded. I believe land ownership should be within reach for everyday Americans, and I put that belief into practice by offering owner financing and meaningful discounts to law enforcement, firefighters, and military veterans.
